The referral service
Tree Solutions VIC is a referral website. When you make an enquiry, we pass your details to an independent local contractor. Any quote, agreement and work is between you and that contractor. We are not a party to that contract and we do not carry out the work.
The contractor is responsible for the quality, safety and timing of the work, for holding the licences and insurance the job needs, and for complying with laws that apply to the work. You are responsible for checking the contractor's credentials before work starts and for obtaining any council permit the work needs, unless you agree otherwise in writing with the contractor.
