Referral website
Tree Solutions VIC is a referral website. We do not perform tree removal, stump grinding, stump removal, palm removal or bamboo removal ourselves. When you make an enquiry, your details are passed to an independent local contractor, who quotes and carries out the work under their own business.
Contractors
We ask the contractors we work with to hold the licences and insurance the job needs. We cannot guarantee any contractor's work, conduct, availability or credentials. Before work starts, ask to see the contractor's licences and certificate of insurance, and make sure the quote is in writing.
Prices
All prices on this website are 2026 planning guides in Australian dollars. They are not quotes or offers. The price for your job depends on the tree, the site, access and what is included, and is set by the contractor after an on-site inspection.
Permits and regulations
Information about planning overlays, native vegetation rules, bushfire exemptions, local laws and other regulations is general and simplified. It is not legal or planning advice. Controls differ between councils and change over time. The landowner is generally responsible for obtaining any permit. Always confirm with your council before any tree is removed or pruned.

Our location pages describe typical housing, trees, ground conditions and controls in each area. They are general descriptions and may not reflect conditions on your property.
Safety
If a tree has fallen, is touching power lines or poses an immediate danger, stay clear and contact emergency services or your electricity distributor. Do not attempt to cut trees near power lines yourself.
